1. Use of the Website

• Use of the site does not generate a contractual relationship until there is a formal quote accepted by both parties.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the website or the absence of technical errors.
2. Start of Production
The manufacturing of any order starts only when both mandatory conditions are met:
Physical or digital validation of design, sizes, and technical specifications.
Payment of the corresponding advance or issuance of a purchase order (for credit clients).

Every quote issued by Confecciones Livio has a validity of fifteen (15) calendar days. After this period, prices may be adjusted according to raw material costs.
5. Return Policy and Warranty
Manufacturing Defect Warranty
We cover any manufacturing, sewing, or material fault that does not meet the agreement. Replacement will be scheduled after technical evaluation.
Sizing Errors
Returns are not accepted for sizing errors by the customer. We recommend using our sizing service or samples beforehand.
6. Force Majeure
Confecciones Livio is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from weather, strikes, lack of external materials, or government dispositions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Confecciones Livio will not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from delays attributable to external causes or force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, designs, and logos, are property of Confecciones Livio E.I.R.L. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
9. International Clients
Commercial conditions, terms, and costs may vary outside Peru. These will be informed in the quote.
10. Applicable Legislation
Governed by the laws of Peru. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of Metropolitan Lima.
