Complaints Book

In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, we make our Virtual Complaints Book available to you.

IMPORTANT: Filing a claim does not prevent seeking other dispute resolution methods, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a report with INDECOPI. The provider must respond to the claim within a term not exceeding fifteen (15) business days.
